TrustWho LLC is a company built on our many years experience and research, designed to prevent scammers and thieves from having unlimited anonymity. Online scammers and thieves do not only target businesses, they often target individuals. Because a single person cannot reliably verify the identity of every potential online business partner, we designed a way for persons participating in online sales to use our system for their benefit.

TrustWho Personal Verification is similar in many ways to our customer verification; a person verifies themselves by paying a small fee and submitting to a more rigorous version of our normal customer verification process. If they complete the verification, they receive a link that shows their personal verification status. This link contains easily verifiable non-personal data such as name and email address, and shows that the verified person has met the high standards that we require for all customers.

In this manner, two potential business partners are able to verify one another without directly receiving one another’s private personal information. This system is shown to be very effective in weeding out scammers and thieves, and involves many different layers of customer verification. The fee charged for this service simply reflects the time we must spend on every verification; TrustWho Verification is a service to our community and we do not seek to profit from it.
