I was fighting lichs at the bottom of covetous when I got into trouble and had to run for the door. On the last tile just before I stepped out I took a nasty flamestrike but I kept moving and made it out the door. The picture shows how I appeared to myself: a fully clad, mounted, albeit dead player. Everyone else thought I was still alive as you can tell by the fella asking if I could heal him. After logging off then back on I appeared normally again. I stepped back into the dungeon and found my corpse laying on the floor.
