Here's is a picture of the Elder Counselor KalZakath. Before anyone posts that the image is fake, claiming counselors can't equip items and that there is no black dear masks, let me say this. This is an actual screenshot taken on Catskills and is not fake. Since the GM's can robe counselors, why shouldn't they be able to give them things like dear masks or even dye them any color they like?
