This is an excellent capital ship pilot, with good sub-capital skills. He has, among other things, JDC 5, capital remote repair/capital shield emission, dread 4/capital hybrid 4. For sub-capital and fleet bs, excellent gunnery skills for fleet bs, acceleration control 5 for nano-gangs. Can pilot gallente and minmatar hacs, gallente bs and caldari bs, and other minor t2 ships.

Asking 350$ not negotiable, accepting only from paypal verified accounts older than 2 weeks. My paypal account is verified, 2+ years old.
