If you've never placed an order with us before, it's easy. Find the amount you you want to purchase, enter the character name and shard where you want to collect, and click buy. You will be taken to our PayPal checkout page where you can complete our secure purchase.


Your first time ordering from us, we'll call you up to verify your order. This helps protect your PayPal account. Once that's completed, the delivery process works like this:
  • You contact us through our Live Support system via a button on the right side of the Shattered Crystal page. For small to medium orders, if we have you on the phone to verify your order, we can skip this step.
  • We log in with our character and count out your loot. This can take anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of your order.
  • We meet at the bank of your choice. Our preference is to meet in Luna at the inn upstars. We can, however, get to any bank in Trammel or Malas in most cases. We prefer not to deliver to Felucca.
  • For the transaction itself, we drop a single gold piece on your character. This secure method of beginning the transaction protects your purchase from accidents or sneaks.
  • Bags containing your order are placed in the transfer window and opened. We state (in game) how many bank checks are in the bag(s). Look through the checks and click the accept checkbox when you're ready. For orders over 50 million, multiple trades may be required to transfer all the gold.
  • Transaction complete! We return to our lair and you head out into the world to toss about gold like the rich player you are!

    • Please note: All of our bank checks are 1,000,000 gold. By clicking accept you are agreeing that you are receiving the amount announced by our character. Once the trade is complete we have no way to confirm whether or not you received a partial bank check. We make sure that every check in the bag is visible.
