Welcome to Matrix Online

The Matrix Online, or MxO, continues and builds upon the Matrix story told in the blockbuster movies. Released in 2005, The Matrix Online allows you to play as a "redpill", a human who has been released from captivity in the Matrix and released into the apocalyptic world where man and machine have formed an uneasy truce.

You can eventually access a total of 21 classes, and choose from three separate organizations that set you down a different path in the game. With a unique story-telling system and an active community including live in-game events, the Matrix Online stays true to the spirit of the movies.
